KYMEA operates based on our vision, mission, and core values. Our mission is clearly defined: Through collaboration and operational excellence, we provide reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy services to the communities we serve. To develop a clearer understanding of how our member communities’ customers consider this mission, briefly share any thoughts, suggestions, or concerns you have about the following.*
1. Reliability: Identify diverse candidate power supply resources to meet the short-term, and long-term member needs considering availability, dispatchability, fuel resiliency, and deliverability.

2. Environmentally Sensible: A commitment to environmental stewardship in evaluating, implementing, and supporting the Agency’s environmental policies and business practices.

3. Fiscally responsible: An obligation to be accountable to the fiscal policies of the Agency with budgetary discipline and affordable rates while practicing long-term planning and prudent use of debt.
